Inspiral Motion is a boutique-style energy center offering inspirational instruction in GYROTONIC®, Pilates and Yoga exercise with some of the finest Certified Instructors in Cleveland.

We specialize in small group classes, private and duet instruction. With a small student-to-teacher ratio, students receive the highest quality instruction possible with more personal attention and hands-on cuing.

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for all reservations (private and semi-private appointments, mat and mat session reservations, Reformer and GYROTONIC® classes).

Early cancellation (24 hours or more) allows you to make up your missed class in another class before your package or session ends. Please note, the studio makes no guarantees a make-up class will be available during the session, in which case, the missed class will be forfeited. We cannot extend or pro-rate packages in these situations. Cancellation may be via the phone, email to cancel@inspiralmotion.com or by using the online software.

As an incentive to our online users, you may cancel a mat class or a reservation in a mat session within 10 hours of the class - as opposed to the normal 24 hours - when you use our online system. This 10-hour period applies to mat classes only. Email does not count - you must do it on your own using the software program. This incentive creates less administrative work for us and is well worth the offer!
