Studio Etiquette

Come with an open mind and leave with a full heart. To ensure everyone enjoys the best possible experience at Inspiral Motion, we have established policies and rules of conduct to follow. Here is some basic etiquette to follow:

• Please be on time.
• Please refrain from excessive talking.
• Please do not walk on the mats of others.
• Please quiet your mobile phone.
• Please refrain from disrupting your class or the class of others.
• Please do not interrupt yoga classes in session.
• Please refrain from excessive fragrances - cologne, perfume or your personal body odor. Odorous students will be asked to leave.
• Please do not linger after class. Loitering is not permitted.
• Please do not interrupt classes or private lessons.
• Please do not go behind the front desk for any reason.
• Please pay for your session on time.
• Please complete your waiver and intake form.
• Please refrain from any behavior which may disrupt your classmates - this includes talking on your mobile phone, playing with your personal items during class, playing with props during class, and talking or engaging in coversation with your teacher or other students.

Remember, any behavior which prevents other students from focusing on their class, remaining mindful and enjoying their experience is considered disruptive.
