24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation on all mat and Reformer class reservations and private/semi-private appointments. We reserve the right to charge you for your missed classes. There are no exceptions. This is a standard policy you will find in all fine Pilates and GYROTONIC® studios world-wide.

Early cancellation allows you to make up your missed class in another class before your package expires or session ends. Cancellations may be via the phone 216-320-9446, email to cancel@inspiralmotion.com or by using the online software.

As an incentive to our online users, you may cancel a reservation in a mat class using the software within 10 hours of the class. Email does not count as a 10 hour online cancellation – you must do it on your own using the software program. This incentive creates less administrative work for us and is well worth the effort for you!

Package Extensions

We do not grant package extensions under any circumstances, except a personal, documented medical emergency that is brought to our attention before the package expires. If you feel you have an extenuating situation, please bring it to the attention of your instructor or the staff.

Studio Closings

In the case of inclement weather:

Morning mat and Reformer classes will be cancelled when the Cleveland Heights/University Heights School System is closed. Click here to check for closings. Evening classes will be cancelled when John Carroll University is closed. Private and semi-private lessons are cancelled at the discretion of the instructor and student.

Code of Conduct

Please check our Etiquette page for more information. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Disruptive individuals will be asked to leave. This includes excessive talking, disruptive behavior during class and any behavior which prevents other students from focusing on their class, remaining mindful and enjoying their experience.

Only bring your good energy into the studio.
Please do not walk on the mats of others or disrupt a class. Remove your shoes and please be quite and soft.
Please quiet your mobile phone.
Payment is required at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service if you have an outstanding balance.
Loud voices are not permitted.
Never interrupt yoga classes or GYROKINESIS® classes in session.
Please refrain from excessive fragrances - cologne, perfume or your personal body odor. Odorous students will be asked to leave.
Please do not linger after class. Loitering is not permitted. Read more here.

Other Appointment Policies

Once you have secured a private or semi-private standing appointment, you are reserved in that time slot until you cancel. You are not reserved only for the number of lessons in your package. If you miss two appointments within a 4 week period, we reserve the right to schedule someone else in that time slot.

Thank you for taking the time to review our studio policies. We appreciate your support. Remember, by respecting these policies, you are respecting the entire Inspiral community. If we feel that you are not honoring our policies or disrespecting the studio and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service or require pre-payment for all programs.
