For each of these, Inspiral Motion offers some in-house training, ongoing mentoring and private lessons as well as lectures on body kinetics, problem solving, anatomy, alignment, movement, energy work and more.

Apprentices work in the studio to complete their apprenticeship hours and can become teachers for the studio after they certify. Select the links above to get specific details.
