At Inspiral Motion, we do not host Teacher Training courses.
Instead, we prepare you to attend your Teacher Training Courses
and we work with you through out your apprenticeship to ensure
you are becoming the best teacher you can be. We are what
is called in the Pilates world, a Mentoring Studio.
There are 4 Teacher Training Courses to complete. These courses
may be completed in Santa Fe or Pittsburgh. Other cities may
offer courses, Miami, Pheonix, and Chicago. To certify in
Core Dynamics Pilates, you must take your 4 training courses
and your certification exam in Santa Fe with Michele Larsson
and her crew. To certify based on Core Dynamics with Harmony
studios in Pittsburgh, you have to take at least 3 of the
training courses in Pittsburgh and one can be taken in Santa
Fe (but does not have to happen there). Certification generally
