What is the GYROTONIC® certification like?

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® has many different certifications available. The most common is the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Certification. It is an intense process which requires give or take 15 months to complete.

Expect to dedicate a fair amount of time to complete your certification. The full process is documented on the GYROTONIC® Headquarter's Web Site Here. There is also a separate certification for GYROKINESIS® Level 1. Once teachers have their GYROTONIC® level 1 certification, then they are able to study some of the specialized and therapuetic applications of the work. Level 2 certification is also available, as well as certification in all the specialized pieces of equipment. If you are interested in pursuing your GYROTONIC® certification, please contact Lisa Lansing at the studio.
