What is a private GYROTONIC® lesson?

A private GYROTONIC® lesson is an appointment you schedule with a certified Instructor here at the studio. We have several machines in the studio, so a private appointment does not equate to a private studio. (Should you want a private studio appointment, please call the studio directly and inquire about these rates as they are at a premium and not listed on our website.) Private appointments are either one hour or 90 minutes in length. We recommend the 90 minute option if you have time. You will learn the GYROTONIC® essential concepts as well as how to use the equipment.
