As the school year comes to a close and we adjust to our summer routines, Inspiral Motion and GYROTONIC® Cleveland are planning exciting events in the studio and in the community to keep everyone happy, healthy and glowing through the summer months.
This past month I spent two weeks in Salvador, Bahia, Brasil with GYROTONIC® friends taking a course with Juliu Horvath. The country was beautiful and the people were generous and lovely. Stop in to the studio to see some of my photos! Thank you to all my clients who tolerate my continued disappearances.

This summer we will have new
apprentices joining us to learn and teach GYROTONIC®
methodology. As our studio apprenticeship and internship program grow,
so do our clients. In July, we will be seeking 10 clients who would like
to learn GYROTONIC®
methodology for only $15 per hour, or $20 for 90 minutes. Be the first

We will be offering some great new group classes in GYROTONIC®, which is a great way to save money and enjoy this amazing technique. Sarah Shemory is recovering from an accident and will be back in the studio in June. Thank you to everyone who is wishing her a speedy recovery! We will keep you posted on the status of her classes as we know about her convalescence.

Core Dynamics Pilates Certified Instructor Debbie
Axelrod just returned from a Pilates workshop where she had
3 full days of amazing Pilates training in different areas. First, she spent
a day learning the ExoChair (coming soon to Inspiral). Second, she worked
with Lolita San
Miguel -one of the "elders" who studied and certified with Carola
Trier and then Joe and Clara Pilates. Debbie writes, "What an amazing
experience! She is an incredible woman, a wealth of knowledge! She gave good
insight into what Joe (Pilates) was like and what it was like to work with
him." Third, she spent 3 hours learning Mat for Motor Control, Stability
and Balance, and another 3 hours of Spine Rotation on the Reformer
-both with Elizabeth Larkham. This weekend experience took Debbie to a whole
new level of appreciation and understanding of Pilates methodology. With all
this new material, Debbie is very feeling motivated and inspired.
