As the year comes to a close, we are thankful for the exciting happenings in our studio and Cleveland at large. GYROTONIC® Cleveland is growing as Lisa Lansing prepares to complete further Master Trainer requirements in Miami next week and new teachers join the staff in January! Meanwhile, the studio welcomes Shaquille O'Neal as our Inspired GYROTONIC® Student this month! Welcome to Cleveland, Shaq!
For those of you unfamiliar with the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, this new generation of movement systems is capturing elite athletes, dancers, movement professional and the general population around the world.
We are excited about the growth of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and look forward to it's continued success in Cleveland! As our studio grows, so do our programs. Read on to learn more.

After experiencing a taste of GYROTONIC®
exercise in Los Angeles prior to relocating to Cleveland, Shaquille O'Neal
sought out GYROTONIC®
Cleveland. Even with his busy Cleveland Cavaliers basketball schedule, he
has made a commitment to pursuing the work further.

GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS® and Pilates Workshops
Workshop Series have taken the place of "Sessions." All Level 1-2 classes are conducted as a Workshop Series. Workshop Series are conducted over consecutive weeks for Level 1-2 students. These classes advance each week. If you miss a class, make it up in another offered class within the 4-week timeframe.

Ongoing Drop-in Mat Classes are offered through out the week. Classes that fill up and often require your registration to hold your space are marked by an asterisk*. $15 to drop-in or $120 for 10 classes to be used within 6 months. $10 students.
Semi-Private Appointments are ongoing appointments for students who advance beyond Level 1-2 Workshops. Teachers design classes based on the needs, goals and abilities of participants. Appointment Packages for Semi-Private Appointments are offered in groups of 5 appointments to be used within 8 weeks. All appointments and reservations require a 24-hour notice cancellation. Unused packages are non-refundable. Packages must be used before the expiration date.

With the
coming of the holidays comes the need to collect canned goods for local area
food kitchens. Our food drive was a success last Spring and we are ready to
do it again. Please bring in 5 goods for one mat class. Clean out your kitchens!
It's time to donate. Hearty meals in a can, peanut butter, and baby cereals
are amongst the most needed.
