How to Become a Pilates Apprentice

1. Sign up for private sessions and level 1 mat classes to get started. Love the work before you decide!

2. Go to the Core Dynamics® Web Site and read the requirments for certification. Certification is a commitment both in time and money. A minimum of 450 hours is required. Make sure you are ready before you embark on the next step.

3. Read the Pilates Certification Page on our web site. Details of the 2010 Anatomy Lecture Series is there, as well.
