What do I wear?

Wear clothes that are easy to move in and reasonably form fitting, like yoga pants and tank tops. Wear clothes you feel comfortable in - you don't need to worry about trends - worry about ease of movement and safety. Try not to wear clothes that are too baggy because they might float up during some exercises or get stuck in the machines. It is best to wear layers so you can derobe if necessary. No shoes are worn during class and you may wear sticky socks if you don't like to expose your feet.
