Pilates Mat Classes:
Pilates Mat (Level 5) Advanced
The Level 5 Pilates mat course is the most advanced Pilates
Mat syllabus. This course requires students to build even
further on core awareness and strength, while integrating
balance, fluidity, breath, joint release, flexibility, centering,
spinal alignment and precision. Jackknife, Boomerang, Balance
Control, Side Twist, Kneeling Side Kick, Scissors, Bicycle,
Shoulder Bridge and Push Up are all covered and addressed
as works in progress. This class moves fluidly and encourages
endurance. You must be approved by the instructor to take
this course.
