We are a very serious Pilates Studio - NOT A GYM - which means our standards for student safety are very high. Pilates is not meant for the gym, it is meant to be performed with well educated instructors with hundreds and often thousands of hours of experience. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY and the safety of others in your class. This means that we have requirements for students wishing to take Machine Classes and requirments for students wanting to take an advanced Pilates Mat class. You must have experience on a PILATES REFORMER in a private setting before getting on the Reformer. Also, you must be approved by your instructor if you wish to take an Advanced Pilates Mat class.
