Tuesdays 12:45 - 1:45 PM, $15 for drop-in

Learn the basic principles and movement kinetics of this amazing movement system. Carry these principles with you through life. How can you find more range of motion in your joints? How can you find greater flexibility and strength in your spine? How can you feel more energetically charged and alive? Learn the basic essentials behind this movement and system and begin to find a new way of living in your body.

The class begins on a stool, and moves to the mat. Please bring a scrubbing mit from Whole Foods (call the studio if you are unsure what this is). Unlike anything you've tried before, this class is unbelievable! DVDs are available for those who wish to practice at home. Call the studio to enroll. 216 320 9446.
