3. Prenatal Pilates - ongoing in semi-privates with up to 4 women - call to inquire

4. Postnatal Pilates - ongoing in semi-privates with up to 4 women - call to inquire

5. Yoga Classes for Kids

6. Workshops for Tots and Parents - 2008 - 2009

7. We offer Baby and Me yoga when our yoga teachers have babies at the right age.
