Today's special topic for women is weight loss. A large percentage
of women between 25 and 45 want to lose weight, which is why
they come to the studio. Women over 45 often wish to lose
weight, too, but for different reasons.
Losing weight is one thing, but being healthy about it is
another. If you really want to lose weight, I recommend that
you begin with a healthy colon cleanse to get you started.
Of course you should talk with doctor about it before you
begin.
Real weight loss involves a life-style change. Exercise is
a part of this, but diet is even more a part of it.
I do not recommend that you attempt any cleansing on your
own. Instead, do it with a coach who will help you as you
journey through cleansing. Cleansing will help you discover
if you eat the Standard American Diet (SAD). It will help
you release your addiction to cheese, sugar, yeast, milk,
caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, nutra-sweet and more. Cleansing
will help you discover what your addictions are and possibly
why you have them.
