Baby and Me Yoga
A class for parents and babies! This class is
not just for mothers - fathers and care-givers are welcome!
Baby
and Me Yoga introduces yoga techniques, such as breathing,
stretching, strengthening to both parent and child. This beneficial
class helps moms to get back in shape while having fun with
her infant.
Work the entire body with yoga poses that increase
overall strength and flexibility. Build muscle tone and feel
better. Parents will learn gentle hands-on yoga poses for
baby that will stimulate growing muscles, aid in digestion
and promote better sleeping patterns.
This class is really a lot of fun and the babies

Toddler and Adult Yoga
Toddler and Adult Yoga is for kids 2 - 5 years
old and a parent. These classes are only 45 minutes long and
perfect for introducing a life-long practice of yoga to your
kids at a young age. These classes are generally offered as
a one time event every quarter. Call the studio for more information.
