Our group classes are for more than 3 people, but less than 15 people. We limit our group classes to control the quality of instruction.

To be determined - right now we are too booked to offer the class, but it will be returning in September 2016 after Lisa Lansing completes a coursework with Qi Gong master, Mantak Chia in Thailand this summer.
This class is probably one of the most special gifts you can receive. A delicious blend of deep breathing techniques, mind / body meditations, gentle stretching, and small therapeutic movements. The meditative qualities induced by deep breathing and gentle movements guarantee total relaxation. Self-discovery with pure decadence results in a mood enhancing experience!
Deep breathing and deep relaxation can be difficult for people experiencing serious health issues. While it may be something needed, it is not unusual for people to experience dizziness and fatigue among other side-effects after this deeply penetrating class.
