Inspiral PIlates™ Teacher Training

Lisa’s Pilates Teacher Training is based on Classical Pilates and is a comprehensive training with an apprenticeship model.  The program is scheduled after the students enroll, so we can work with everyone’s schedules as best as possible.  The current group of Pilates apprentices is working through Level 3 and has just completed one year of training.  Most groups take two years to complete the program, but you can do it in one year.  The education is unbeatable.  You can become a beginner/Intermediate Pilates Teacher by testing out after Level 2.  Or you can complete the full program by testing out after level 4.

The program consists of Pilates School as well as Learning Modules.  Pilates School:  once a week, teachers take class from our Certified Teachers in Pilates School; however, class time may be used for theory + education instead.  Topics include the history of Pilates, how to address postural issues (kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis), how to address other common issues, how to modify, how to see, how to teach a group class VS private lessons, anatomy, and more.  I guarantee a minimum of 35 hours for the leveled modules, but often it winds up being closer to 50 hours with all the education we offer.  As an apprentice of the studio, you have access to studio equipment and become a part of a dynamic and beautiful community of pilates professionals.
