Our Policies
Studio closed due to inclement weather? Check our FACEBOOK page for updates. Also, when the University Heights / Cleveland Heights OR Shaker Heights schools close, the studio will cancel all daytime classes. Evening classes close when John Carroll University Closes. How to know if a school is closed? Go to Channel 3 and look at their closing list.
VIP CLIENT RATES
Clients who have been with the studio for one year or more receive the discounted package rate without purchasing a package on all services with all teachers.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. All classes and packages are nonrefundable and transferable only to immediate family members within the same household. All packages will expire within the time frame specified on our website.
GIFT CARD POLICY
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash and expire 1 year from purchase date (except otherwise noted).
FRAGRANCE FREE
We reserve the right to send you home if you smell of chemically scented products including but not limited to perfume, deodorant, hair products, lotions, and fabric softeners and laundry detergents.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation for all appointments and classes. Sorry, no exceptions. Late cancels will be charged. To cancel, contact the studio via phone or email, or contact your teacher directly via email, text or phone before 24-hours. DO NOT reply to auto-texts or emails because they do not work. We require a credit card on file or prepayment. Appointments are considered late-cancelled 15 minutes into the appointment block.
NOISE POLICY
Please silence your cell phones in the studio and speak with hushed, soft voices while in the studio.
DESK HOURS
Our lovely studio manager is also a teacher, so there may be times when you call and the phone is not answered. Best times to call are:
Monday: 9:15 AM - 4 PM
Tuesday: 9:15 AM - 4 PM
Wednesday: 9:15 AM - 4 PM
Thursdasy: 9:15 AM - 10:45 AM, 12:15 PM - 4 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 2 PM
