A SPECIAL NOTE FROM LISA
We’ve had some fun this year at Inspiral! As November rolls in, we say goodbye to many of our snowbirds who enhance our lives and provide so much joy. It’s hard to say goodbye! We love you!

With the holidays approaching, everyone finds themselves busy and preoccupied with life’s many joys. We are busy adding Pilates classes, rearranging the Gyrotonic rooms, hosting Teacher Trainings, and planning our new year.

For a small movement boutique, we have so much to be thankful for, particularly in this pandemic landscape, and we are so blessed to have you all! Your faith and trust in us and the community we are co-creating and the laughter we all share leaves us feeling so filled with gratitude. Thank you! So much.
