Inspired Teacher, Denise Harris

This month, Inspiral is highlighting teacher, Denise, a dancer, GYROTONIC® Resident Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and a calming breath of fresh air to be around. An excellent teacher who has a one with words and making you feel supported through each movement.
Denise began her fitness career journey in 2002 when she started Pilates, and in 2008 she became a certified Pilates instructor. Denise started studying GYROKINESIS® in 2008 and was certified in 2012. Her GYROTONIC® career began in 2016 and in 2018 she became a certified instructor. So with 19 years of practice under her belt, and 3 certifications later, it's easy to say she is a natural born mover.

This past February Denise began working at Inspiral Motion. Since her start at Inspiral Motion, Denise has been a great addition to the team. Her teaching philosophy is to challenge her students and to keep encouraging them to grow their practice every class and appointment.
