STUDIO WEEKENDS
During studio weekends teacher trainers will meet at Inspiral Motion from 9 - 5 pm. Each weekend will cover a designated level. Each level will cover Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair. 

Level 1: December 8, 9, and 10 (2023)
Level 2: March 1, 2, and 3 (2024)
Level 3: May 31, June 1, and 2 (2024)
Level 4: July 26, 27, and 28 (2024)

THEORY AND ANATOMY
Theory and Anatomy will be conducted virtually on ZOOM. Students will meet virtually with Lisa from 10 am - 2 pm on the dates listed below. This time will be spent learning about the body, injuries, conditions, etc, and how to work with clients.

COST (Per Weekend): $1,870
If you choose to do the entire training (all 4 weekends) total tuition cost is: $7,480
