2023 SOUND EXPERIENCES
Escape from the stress and craziness of your day with 1-hour sound experience. During this hour you will relax and recline. The hour will begin with a meditation to get you settled followed by the music of sound bowls. Each month will be accompanied by a unique crystal that supports the theme. Participants will get to take the crystal home with them after the event!

April 26th - cultivating your inner wisdom and using your intuition
May 31st - grounding utilizing the root chakra.
June 28th - Heart Spaciousness: Heart Chakra
July 26th - Creation Energy: Sacral Chakra
August 30th - Saying Yes: All Chakras
September 27th - Speak from your Heart: Throat Chakra Opening
October 25th - Manifestation: Solar Plexus Chakra
November 29th - Gratitude: All Chakras
December 27th - Charity: All Chakras
~ Please feel free to bring any additional supplies to aid your comfort during this experience (ex. pillow, blanket, etc.)
~ Sound Experiences will begin at 7 pm sharp, please arrive 5 - 7 minutes early to get set up and comfortable.
