Led by the renowned Kara Schellenberg, this 6-week journey, starting this March, is designed to deepen your Pilates practice and elevate your skills to new heights. With an emphasis on intimacy and hands-on teaching, this program is unlike any other. We’re offering an exclusive opportunity for just 3 participants to ensure personalized attention and a tailored experience that meets your unique needs.

Personalized Attention: With a cap of only 3 participants, our sessions are designed to provide individualized corrections and guidance, ensuring exercises are perfectly suited to your body.
Comprehensive Learning: Dive deeper into Level 2 exercises with the mat, reformer, and chair. You'll receive homework and weekly video recordings to refine your technique at home. After the program, feel free to enroll in any Level 2 Pilates course at the studio!
Exclusive Resources: Upon completion, you'll get a booklet detailing the Pilates exercises covered, empowering you to continue your practice with confidence.

Learn Pilates™ DETAILS
Schedule: Wednesdays, 5 - 6 PM, from March 6th through April 10th.
Dates: March 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th; April 3rd, 10th.
Fees: $225 for the entire 6-week program. Optional $75 make-up sessions are available to accommodate your schedule.*
*Makeups must be scheduled with your instructor.
